1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

  • All digital products (PDF guides, downloads) are non-refundable.
  • Once the product is downloaded or access is provided, no refund will be issued.

This is because digital products cannot be returned or revoked.

2. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

Refunds for services depend on the service status:

  • If payment is made but work has not started, a refund request may be considered.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

3. Refund Request Process

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • We encourage customers to contact us before raising chargebacks.
  • Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account suspension.
